We are really sorry that you are waiting for your invoice to be paid!
Our payment terms are 30 days from receipt of the invoice. Example: If you submit your invoice on October 3rd for the month of September, the payment will be made on the 3rd of November.
Please also check your details again to make sure your billing information is correct and up to date, without it we cannot process the invoice.
If your profile is complete and 30 days have passed since submitting the invoice, then please contact us with your name, social media handle and invoice from Creator Club along with the calendar month for which you are invoicing for. This will enable us to investigate the issue internally for you and see what the problem is.
